The Tagging Game

Mummy has been tagged by Uncle Kevin yesterday so she is writing something about herself on my blog....

Rules of the game:
1. Each player of this game starts off with ten weird things or habits or little known facts about yourself.
2. People who get tagged must write in a blog of their own ten weird things or habits or little known facts as well as state this rule clearly.
3. At the end you must choose six people to be tagged and list their names.
4. No tagbacks

Posted by Jan-mama:
#1: I am a very naughty and mischievous kid when I was young. I love “climbing high and low” and often get myself injured as a result. I used to wish that I am a boy and I am equipped with some powerful “kungfu” which I can use to fight bad people (or bully my sisters).

#2: One of my favourite alcoholic drink when I was young is “ABC’. My parents love to watch those Cantonese TV drama series and they will rent a whole series of video tapes to watch at home. Sometimes, they will eat peanuts and drink ABC or tiger beer during the show and I would secretly take a few slips of ABC when they didn’t notice. Even now, the only alcoholic drink I take is beer as I can’t stand the alcoholic smell from those wines and cocktails.

#3: I scored the highest (in class) for my fitness test when I was in Primary Six.

#4: My childhood ambition is to become a policeman. Don’t know why, but I just seemed to have this sense of righteousness deep inside me. I say that because when I was young, I used to dream of myself fighting with monsters to save my fellow friends, family or villages… Haha, unbelievable right?

#5: I was a volunteer policeman (Voluntary Special Constable or VSC) for about a year or a year plus in 2003 and 2004 because I want to experience the life of a policeman. I was trained how to handle a revolver, taught unarmed combat, use the T-baton as well as some criminal laws. After 6 months of training, I joined the full-time police officers on their routine patrol carrying real guns and handcuffs during duty. However, I gave up the idea of pursuing my ambition because I figured out that my career in accounting can fetch me better returns (and I am right!).

#6: I rejected a boy during my secondary school days because I find him too fat. Who knows 10 years down the road I married a man that is fatter than him now.

#7: I got to know my husband from the IRC and he happened to be my polymates’ friend – the first part of our encounter is something that I have not told most of my friends

#8: I almost went into post-natal depression after giving birth to boy-boy last year. I was under tremendous stress as I was not providing enough for him… he’s a great eater like his father

#9: I noticed a lot of baby hair started growing on my head after I leave my previous employment. Didn’t know my hair is also part of the sacrifices until now…

#10: My greatest wish at any point in time of my life is that I hope time will stop and everything stay put as it is – Yes, I am afraid of growing old – more and more so after my son is born…
